To Dear Lou We can never thank you enough for everything you did for our Gramps. Your kind and caring nature and your infectious personality meant more than you will ever know and we will never be able to thank you enough for enabling us to keep Gramps in his own home. We had many a chat and the last time we spoke and even though you were in pain, you were still asking after Gramps.
